We love talking to customers on the phone but we know a phone call may not be the most convenient way for you to contact us anymore. And, in the era of COVID, we also know that in-person assessments aren’t a safe option for everyone.

So we’re using technology to create simple, touchless systems to communicate and coordinate with you. Here are some ways Capital Heating & Cooling is doing more with technology:

 

Call or Text: Same Number!

Our main number isn’t just for person-to-person calls anymore. You can text us there, too! When you text Capital Heating & Cooling, we’ll get right back to you to set up an appointment or answer your question. It’s quick and easy. And you get the same friendly service we’ve provided for more than 80 years.

Chat Us Up

When you log into our website, a pop-up box will appear in the bottom right corner that says, “Hi there, have a question? Text us here.” And that’s exactly what you can do. When you type your question into the chat box, one of our associates will answer right away. And by “associate,” we mean one of the employees in our Olympia office. (No remote call centers around here.)

Track Your Technician

Once you have an appointment for one of our technicians to come to your home, you can track their whereabouts, so you’ll know exactly when we’ll arrive. Once we set up a smart phone on your account, we’ll send you a text with a picture of your technician and their bio along with a link that allows you to track their location in real time on the map. No more sitting around all day waiting for your service. With tracking you’ll know just when to expect us!

Get a Virtual Estimate

Instead of in-person visits, many of our customers are opting for our safe, convenient virtual estimate option. How does it work? If you’re looking to replace your current heating and cooling system, go to our Virtual Estimate page and fill out the form. It’s easy. You can even upload photos.

Whether we’re in your home or communicating with you virtually, we use a no-pressure educational approach when we make recommendations for replacing or improving your system.
