Over many decades, we’ve built an impressive portfolio of engineered projects including multi-story office towers, churches, government and university buildings, restaurants, and retail spaces. We also do custom projects that take your idea from the design phase all the way through building and installation.

Multifamily: Karlo Apartments
We installed a ductless heat pump and energy recovery ventilators and now maintain and service the systems.
Industrial: Northwest Precast
We installed an extensive HVAC system in the building when it was new. The full system includes variable refrigerant flow heat pumps, gas radiant heating systems, high volume/low speed fans, and special exhaust systems.
Medical: Fresenius Kidney Care
For this new build, we installed a new HVAC system and continue to support the facility with ongoing maintenance and repairs.
Education: North Thurston Schools
Projects for the North Thurston School District include school remodels and HVAC upgrades and repairs. We’ve repaired their fan system, installed new server room cooling systems, and designed and installed a special exhaust system.
