About Our New Look!

We have big news!

Our company is getting an updated look. This is the culmination of a long process that included lots of meetings, discernment, and soul-searching.

Starting late March, you’ll start to see a refreshed logo with new colors and a fresh design.

We’re still the same company, owned by the Schmidtke brothers, whose grandfather started Capital as a sheet metal company back in 1937 and whose parents, Larry and Dianne, expanded the business until their retirement in 2003.

We’re proud to be a local company, three generations strong. And we’re thrilled to unveil a new look that acknowledges the evolution and health of this company and reflects the many positive changes that have happened since we adopted our last logo in 2006.

Here’s a little more about the refreshed branding…

Our new look honors our heritage (that’s our grandfather, William, on our logo!) while acknowledging our full scope of home services today.

We also chose our new logo and colors to reflect the qualities and values that are central to our company

When you see our logo, we hope you know that, at our core, we aim for each customer’s experience with us to be one of friendliness and ease with experts in the home services industry who are also people from here, people who know, love, live in, and are invested in this community.

…and a little about what we hope it communicates to our most important audience: you.

We know a new look isn’t enough to make us what we are and what we strive to be.

We know we need to earn our reputation every single time we enter a customer’s house or give a local business owner an estimate on our work.

We know that it’s expensive to have a technician out and that we strive to give our customers the best value we can.

We know — still, after all these decades — that working in your home or your business is a privilege.

And we want you to know that we’re still striving to live up to the standards our grandfather, William, set for Capital, way back in the day, and that we’ll never stop trying to do the best we can. For you. – Chuck, Bill, and Dean Schmidtke
