
For this project, we’re installing kitchen and exhaust venting for all 51 of the private residences as well as ductwork for the on-site fitness center, common-use buildings, and office space.
According to ThurstonTalk, “A goal for this project was to deliver high-quality units to the people of Lacey while also keeping rental costs moderate.” We love working with people who are creating more housing options for the community and trying to do so in a way that’s economically sustainable for residents.
So far, only about 20 percent of the development is complete. We’re looking forward to continuing this project and to the day when it’s completely finished!
