We now have another way for you to schedule with us. Meet Schedule An Expert, a quick, simple way to get on our schedule, 24/7.
Here’s how it works:
- Go to our website and click Schedule An Expert in the upper righthand corner.
- A window will pop up.
- You’ll see the first question: What Can We Do For You? Click to choose from a drop-down menu: repairs, emergency, maintenance, or quote.
- Follow the prompts and click “Continue” to move on to the next screen.
- Repeat, moving through the questions and prompts.
- A few questions in, we’ll ask you to upload photos or a video so we can see the issue you’re dealing with. Visuals help us identify what you need and decide which expert to send out.
- We’ll ask if we’ve served you before, which will prompt questions that help us access your account or set up a new profile for you.
- Once the questions are answered, we’ll show you available times on our calendar. Choose from available dates and arrival windows.
- You’re scheduled!
We’re glad to make this available because we know that it can save you time, especially when we’re extra busy during very cold or hot times of the year.
Of course, you can always call or text us at (360) 491-7450 if you have specific questions or simply prefer to talk with a live person. We answer calls and texts during business hours: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays.
